What is Tang Soo Do? Tang Soo Do is a unique Korean Martial Art that has over 2,000 years of tradition but at the same time has incorporated many modern sports medicine training practices to give you the most well rounded workout you will ever have. Tang Soo Do is focused on being a great whole person and not simply winning trophies or medals like many other Korean Martial Art Styles.
